Before you claim Premium: full refund
When you buy Premium, it waits on your account until you open Axion and press Claim Premium. Until you do, you can change your mind for any reason within 14 days of paying, and you get all of your money back.
When you claim Premium
Claim Premium turns Premium on for your account straight away. Before it does, the app asks you to confirm that you want Premium to start now and that you then give up your right to cancel the purchase. The time you claimed is saved on your account. After that, the purchase can't be refunded for a change of mind. It can still be refunded if something is wrong, as below.
When we refund after you claim
- Axion doesn't run on a PC that meets the requirements, and we can't fix it
- Premium didn't activate on your account, and we couldn't sort it out
- You were charged more than once
- Axion doesn't do something this website says it does
How to ask
Email support@axiontweaks.com with the email address on your receipt and a short description of what happened. We try to reply within three working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five to ten days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Swedish or EU consumer law. Where this policy and the law differ, the law wins.
